Everything was brand-new, favourable location next to the Humble Administrator Garden and the Suzhou Museum, the amazing Pingjiang Street, the main shopping and sightseeing part of Old Suzhou, and the Suzhou Museum, amicable staff. The room we were upgraded at no charge to was exceptional and beautiful and included air conditioner and a good heating.

We loved the location of this hotel; it was nestled in a quiet pedestrian street right next to a beautiful canal. It was also conveniently located near Pingjiang road, which had plenty of tourist attractions to explore. The hotel facilities, especially the cleanliness of the rooms, exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and gave us a chance to try both Western and local flavors.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable. the location of the hotel was also really great , it was close to all of the main attractions and it was really easy to get around. I also loved the fact that the breakfast was served in the room , it was really convenient and it meant that I could enjoy a nice, quiet breakfast before starting my day.

Best location! Right on the canals in a pedestrian area, close to popular tourist spots like Humble Administrator Garden and Suzhou Museum. The staff made me feel like family and went above and beyond to help me. They gave me great recommendations and even invited me for dinner. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the hostess spoke perfect English. I also loved that I could order a delicious Western or Chinese breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from the metro station, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the TV only had subscription channels and I couldn't find regular channels.
